Variable data
offers the ability to produce one-of-a-kind prints based on your data, and allows you to ‘talk’ to the individual in mass print form. Essentially, it allows us to produce a one-of-a-kind print, based on your data. For example, you can make a graph of your customer's product usage or print their company name and logo on the catalog you send them. You can provide catalogs that are priced specifically for that customer – or even print custom catalogs based on what they've ordered. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Automated Mailings:
Since the address is printed when the piece is printed, you can use the font of your choice as long as it’s USPS-compliant. We can also give you the deepest discounts found only in full automation.
Short-run color:
The cost of setup on a digital press is very low, while the run cost is a bit higher. This is perfect for running small amounts. On a conventional offset press, the cost of printing 100 pieces may be the same as the cost to print 1,000 pieces because setup costs are higher but run costs are low. What if you only need 100 pieces? Our digital press can help you save money and waste by printing only the amount you need.
Web2Print:
Does your company have several print pieces you need to print regularly, but seem to take up your designer's time? Business cards, brochures, sales fliers, stationery and more can be placed online and give you the opportunity to change specific fields, then place the print order. This can save you and your designer valuable time.
Integrated Printing and automated Web site fulfillment:
Our digital press can literally watch for your file to be dropped into a designated folder, and start printing as soon as it arrives – even if it's 3:00 a.m.! Essentially, your Web site or application creates a file based upon user action or information captured and sends it to our press. The data file then matches up with an artwork file previously sent. Automated Web site fulfillment is a great application for integrated printing. |
